The latest expansion for Against The Storm, Keepers Of The Stone, introduces players to the Coastal Groves biome where settlements are strategically built along the water. This new environment opens up a plethora of opportunities for players to explore and expand their towns in unique ways.

One of the most exciting additions in Keepers Of The Stone is the introduction of the frog people. Players will have the chance to welcome these amphibious creatures into their town and witness firsthand their quirky way of life. The Frog House, a new building type specifically designed for the frogs, can be upgraded multiple times to keep them content and offer special benefits with each level.

In addition to the frog people, the expansion brings new structures like the Strider Ports to the game. These ports allow players to embark on water-based expeditions using the backs of water striders. This new mode of transportation adds a fresh element to gameplay and opens up new avenues for exploration and resource gathering.

Alongside the Keepers Of The Stone expansion, Against The Storm will also receive update 1.4 on September 26th. This update includes a new fishing system, additional requirements, new goods, and various other improvements – all available for free to players. These updates aim to enhance the overall gameplay experience and provide more depth and variety to the existing mechanics.

As a player who has not revisited Against The Storm since its official release, the prospect of diving back into the game with the Keepers Of The Stone expansion is certainly enticing. Eremite Games has already proven their ability to deliver a compelling gameplay experience, and I have high hopes that this expansion will only further enrich the world of Against The Storm. If you’re a fan of city-building games with a twist, Keepers Of The Stone is definitely worth keeping an eye on.
